Body-based
practice for
women returning
to themselves.
Founder of The Magnetic Woman
I work at the intersection of nervous system regulation, somatic embodiment,
modern psychology and authentic expression — with women who are clear in
every part of their life except the one that matters most.

For a long time I lived a version of life that looked, from the outside, like it was working.
I was capable. I was kind. I was the person who held things together. And underneath all of
that competence, my body was doing a quieter, more relentless job — scanning, adjusting,
performing, trying to keep me safe in rooms I no longer needed to be safe in.
What changed was not insight. I had read the books. I had done the talking. What changed was
when I stopped trying to understand the pattern and started letting my body actually
feel what it had been carrying. The grief that was old. The wanting that had been edited out.
The softness I had not been able to afford.
“Nothing changes until the body is allowed to.”
That returning, slow and structural, became the work I now do with women. Not because I have
arrived at some finished version of myself, but because I know the territory. I know what it
is to be the woman who has done the work and still feels like something is missing. I know the
quiet of a body that has been holding for too long. And I know what happens when
it begins to put it down.
I work with women who are intelligent, emotionally aware, and tired of doing this on their own.
Women who are ready for change that lives below the level of language — and who want to be met
there by someone who is not afraid of the depth.
A few quiet convictions
this work is built on.
A shame-free room
Every emotion, every shadow, every forgotten part of you is welcome here. Nothing in you needs to be fixed before it is allowed to exist.
The body knows first
The mind catches up later. Real change happens at the level of the nervous system — slowly, structurally, and with the body’s own consent.
Depth without performance
No spectacle. No spiritual costume. Just real, sustained attention to what is actually happening — in your body, in your life, in your patterns.
You are not the problem
You are a body that learned what was safe before it learned what was true. The work is not to repair you. It is to return you.
Slow is the speed of integration
I will not rush your nervous system to feel a way it does not yet feel. Pacing is not a softness — it is a method.
Grounded, not generic
No cookie-cutter healing language. No five-step frameworks dressed up as transformation. Real work, in your specific life, in your specific body.
Four threads,
one practice.
I do not belong to a single school. The practice I have built draws from
nervous system science, somatic therapy, modern psychology, and the slower
traditions of embodiment — woven together in service of what your body
actually needs to feel safe enough to change.
Nervous system regulation
Working with the autonomic states underneath the pattern — the bracing, the freezing, the chronic readiness — and gently teaching the body a different baseline.
Somatic embodiment
Slow, precise, body-led practice. Less talking about the body, more talking from it. The skill of staying in your own skin while something difficult is happening.
Relational psychology
Attachment, identity, and the patterns that live in the space between people. The places where survival became personality, gently named and gently loosened.
Authentic expression
The voice, the no, the desire, the truth that has been shaped to be acceptable. Returning the body’s actual signal to the body’s actual life.

A decade of slow,
direct, body-led work.
These numbers are not a sales tool. They are the quiet shape of a practice
built by being in many rooms with many bodies, paying close attention.

“I do not work to make women more impressive.
I work to make them more honest — and to help their bodies tolerate
the gravity of that.”

A long, particular road
to a quiet practice.
First training in somatic practice
Foundational work in body-based therapy, breath, and the felt sense — the moment I understood that the body was where the actual conversation lived.
Nervous system & trauma-informed practice
Studied with several internationally recognised teachers in nervous system regulation, polyvagal theory, and trauma-aware embodiment — learning to work at the speed the body can actually receive.
Private 1:1 work & small containers
Hundreds of one-to-one sessions and intimate group work — the years that taught me that no two bodies need exactly the same thing, and that pacing is the most important skill there is.
Founding The Magnetic Woman
Building the container I had wanted to be inside, ten years earlier — for women who are doing the inner work and ready for it to finally take root in the body.
Continued training & supervision
I will always be a student of this work. Regular continued education, supervision, and personal practice are not optional — they are the ground the work rests on.
Nothing changes until you do.
The life you’ve imagined
is closer than it feels.
I work with a small number of women each season. If something in this page
has felt familiar — not as a marketing line, but as a real recognition —
that is usually how this begins.
